The first product I had to try was the Oven Fried Chicken mix which is gluten free! Even though I used regular flour you can use a gluten free flour to ensure you are gluten free throughout the whole meal. It was simple to make and smelled so good while it was baking. This is the end result:

Kitcheneez Dinner Plate~Oven Fried Chicken
I was out of town this past weekend for our first annual Kitcheneez conference. The conference was held in Charlotte, NC which meant a 4 hour drive for me. It was an amazing time meeting our founder Lisa and all of the other consultants. During the conference we were able to see the new catalogs and taste some of our new products!! All I can say is yum! So of course we walked away from conference with some new products to try for ourselves.
The first product I had to try was the Oven Fried Chicken mix which is gluten free! Even though I used regular flour you can use a gluten free flour to ensure you are gluten free throughout the whole meal. It was simple to make and smelled so good while it was baking. This is the end result:
It was nice and brown and a little crispy. It was awesome and the whole family enjoyed it! If you would like to get your own Oven Fried chicken seasoning mix you can order online at www.kitcheneez.biz/eatgood2night

Kitcheneez Dinner Plate~Eastern NC BBQ Sauce Mix
If you are from North Carolina then you most likely love BBQ. Growing up in North Carolina, BBQ was a staple to have in our household. We had 2 local BBQ places that we would always order from and everyone always loved them.
Well when I first saw that Kitcheneez offered an Eastern NC BBQ mix I knew I would have to try it and see if it held up. It very quickly became a family favorite and my husband and I have stated that we will never buy BBQ again, it is that good! We start with a Boston butt and cook it in the crock pot on high for 4 hours. The mix requires it to sit for a few hours before so we make it when we first start cooking the meat or make it the night before. After 4 hours on high we take the meat out and shred it with a fork then put back into the crock pot and add the sauce mix and continue on low for another 2 hours. Once it is done you will have BBQ and can serve with any sides of your choosing or make BBQ sandwiches.
My parents bought this mix and tried it the first time this past weekend and loved it! My dad who is very picky said that he liked it a lot better than the local place where they normally get BBQ from! How awesome is that! Not only does it taste better but it is also cheaper. The mix from Kitcheneez is only $4 and makes a lot of sauce that you can make multiple uses out of the sauce mix(or use the whole entire packet and make a large quantity of BBQ for leftovers!). For those unfamiliar with Eastern NC BBQ it is a vinegar based BBQ.
Here is the Eastern NC BBQ that we made for dinner.

Foods you should keep away from your animals
Chocolate--you hear this one all the time. And yes I know many people have given their dogs chocolate and they are just fine but it is always better to be on the safe side. Most studies show that it depends on the amount of chocolate consumed and what type of chocolate it is. For example, baking chocolate is more fatal to dogs because it contains higher amounts of cocoa. Cocoa has theobromide in it and can cause restlessness, hyperactivity, tremors, seizures, vomiting, hyperthermia and coma.
Onions--Now most dogs will not eat onions but if I drop one on the floor I make sure to get it up quickly because you just never know when they might decide to try it. Raw or cooked onions may damage dog's red blood cells and could cause hemolytic anemia if ingested in large amounts. This includes onion powder, dehydrated onions, and onion soup mixes.
Avocados--Studies show that avocado leaves, fruit, seeds and their bark can contain a toxin called Persin. It can cause vomiting and diarrhea in dogs and cats can get poisoned from it as well. The pit can also be a choking hazard.
Grapes/Raisins--Large quantities of these fruits can be very harmful to your pet. Renal failure is probable if consumed in large quantities. If they get 1 or 2 they should be okay but always check for signs of toxicity like vomiting and diarrhea.
Macadamia Nuts--While still unsure what in these nuts causes animals to get sick it is best to know to stay away from them. Most cases are not fatal and can be treated it is still misery for the animal. It can cause weakness, vomiting, tremors, and hyperthermia in dogs.
This provides you with a short list of what could be toxic to animals. For a more extensive list, including common household cleaners and plants, check this site http://www.healthypet.com/PetCare/PetCareArticle.aspx?title=Prevent_Poisonings or http://www.veterinarytechnicianschoolsonline.com/?page_id=33.

Kitcheneez Dinner Plate~Jamaican Chicken
Our featured Kitcheneez meal mix tonight is the Jamaican Chicken mix.
(Isn't this such a cute package!)
This meal mix is a family favorite in our house. Very simple to use and make. Take chicken and cut into strips(the way I make it), toss with the Jamaican chicken seasoning, brown in a skillet and then you are ready! We normally serve it with rice but you can also make it into a wrap or a salad.

Yummy!
The Jamaican chicken seasoning is perfectly blended to give you the ultimate flavoring. You might be wondering if it is spicy since a lot of Jamaican food is but it really is not. It offers just a little spiciness that is just perfect for anyone.
So if you are looking for a family friendly meal to serve I highly recommend you try this one. You can see more about the product by going to my website at www.kitcheneez.biz/eatgood2night

Hello and Welcome!
Welcome to Eat Good 2 Night! My blog is going to bring you yummy recipes, tips, and deals. I am an Independent consultant with Kitcheneez and will share my experience with the products along the way.
So I'm sure most of you are asking, what is Kitcheneez? Well Kitcheneez is a direct sales company that started in March 2012 and is a division of Lisa Shively's kitchen helpers. Lisa originally started with collecting recipes of her families and turning them into a best selling cookbook. From there she went on to host a radio cooking show and host the Celebrity Cooking stage at the Southern Women's Shows.
After several more cookbooks people would ask Lisa for a quicker and easier way to make her recipes. So Lisa, who has a chemistry background, began to make quick meal mixes out of her house. Deciding that her mixes and recipes would best be shared by others in a party setting, Lisa decided to turn her adventure into the direct sales route and created Kitcheneez.
Kitcheneez offers people the opportunity to enjoy more meals at home with quick fix meals, seasonings, dips, cookbooks, and also as a reseller for RADA cutlery. An affordable product with yummy experience that will have them begging for more!
This is truly a ground floor opportunity with a lot of growth potential. There are two different kit options to choose if you are thinking about becoming a consultant, $50 or $99 kit. Both kits provide you with products and business supplies that you need to get your business growing.
If you are interested in the Kitcheneez opportunity you can check out all it has to offer at www.kitcheneez.biz/eatgood2night and message me for me details.
